 Your role
1.    Handling supplier quality claims occurs in incoming inspection, production line and customer complaint, drive and follow up the root cause analysis, take corrective and preventive actions using 8D method.
2.    Monitor supplier quality performance, ensure supplier quality notification data is accurate and notification resolved to system level completion, plan, drive and follow up supplier continuous improvement activities based on the target set.
3.    Create annual audit plan for key suppliers, organize and carry out supplier process audit and follow up improvement activities with supplier.  
4.    Create and adjust inspection plan based on project, product requirements and supplier performance, guide and drive IQC for implementation.
5.    Project support following PPAP process, support on technical and inspection alignment, perform process audit for PPAP parts and complete the PPAP approval process.
6.    Support sourcing engineers on developing, evaluating and classifying suppliers to establish a stable and sustainable supplier base.
7.    Support IPQC and ME on internal problem solving from supplier quality perspective and drive supplier continuous improvement.
8.    Maintain an expert level understanding of global standards, tools and templates to identify gaps and train suppliers at all levels to drive improvements in KPIs.
9.    Finish other tasks assigned by the superior.

To succeed, you will need

1.    Degree/major: Bachelor degree or above, major in science and engineering, such as machinery, electronic, materials, etc.,
2.    Work experience: at least 5 years of supplier quality management experience or relevant quality management background, solid technical foundation and rich field experience;
3.    Skills: knowledge of electrical components (mainly motors) or relevant, mechanical experience is preferred;
4.    Proficient in using 8D report, familiar with APQP, FMEA, MSA, PPAP, SPC quality tools;
5.    Strong communication and coordination skills, good problem analysis and problem solving skills;
6.    Well knowledge about ISO9001 or TS16949 quality system, experience in supplier audit or relevant training, certificate of internal auditor is preferred;
7.    Good oral and written English level is required;
8.    Be able to travel frequently;
9.    Work attitude: hard-working, team–oriented.
